1ST PLACE: EDWARD PAIMANTA FROM INDONESIA
I am grateful, this has been my best achievement while following the contest. It feels great!
I will surely participate in the next contest. My secret to success is being careful and patient in opening trades, and I plan to develop various techniques that I think can help me succeed in trading.
Spectacular profit was being able to achieve 300% profit for one month. But I also experienced a margin call.
2ND PLACE: MUHAMMAD TAHIR FROM PAKISTAN
I don’t have just one word to describe how I feel . Awesome, great, nice! This was my 25th contest account in OctaFX, and this time I took it seriously, and traded for two to three hours every day. I also take part in the cTrader contest and Supercharged 2.
I think patience and hard work are the key factors for my success. Due to patience I managed to do better than others in this contest. My main strategy is High and Low, which I’ve used most of the time in this contest, and the other is News trading. I tried various techniques. I had my ups and downs: my most profitable trade was $3 410.07 and my biggest loss was $4 350.87.
You can become a great trader, if you are hard worker it takes only two to four weeks.
3RD PLACE: ANDHY BAGYO SAPUTRO FROM INDONESIA
I feel very happy. Every night after work, I spent a lot of time to concentrate and win the contest. I won because I trade patiently, wait for the opportunity and use the Moving Average M1 EA for each pair. During the contest I experienced big profits on EURO MC, and quite often suffered heavy losses. It took me four years starting from 2014 to become a good trader.
THE RUNNER UP: ANIK KUSUMANINGATI FROM INDONESIA
I learned how important patience is in Forex trading, I think the cause of my failure was being impatient. I had no successful trades this time. I used Take Profit and Stop Loss to manage my trades. I consider one year to be a enough time to become a good trader.
