OctaFX Champion Demo Contest - Round 90: the winner takes it all

Round 90 of the OctaFX Champion Demo Contest has finished.

1st place: Silvester Alima from Indonesia

I am very happy to be first in the 90th round of OctaFX Champion Demo Contest. I hope to win again. I have already participated in other promotional contests such as Supercharged and cTrader. Of course I will be participating again after my success.

My key to success is to control emotions, follow Forex news, make careful analysis, and not rush in making a decision. And my trading strategy is to just look at the movement of the available indicators with the analysis of the movement of the previous indicator, then read the Forex news about the movements of the currency pairs to be traded. Another strategy is scalping. At OctaFX execution is very fast and the spread is low. I realize this strategy is not perfect but in the future, I will continue to try various techniques that will certainly increase profits. To be a great trader like me you need at least five years of trading experience, trading is not that easy.

2nd place: Duma Mauliyasari from Indonesia

I feel really good after becoming an OctaFX Champion winner. I will definitely participate again! My advice for other traders is to not rush to open trades. My trading strategy is to use fundamentals and news trading.

My most significant gain was getting 250 pips on NZD news, but I have also experienced a margin call. 

3rd place: Muhammad Irfan Rosyidi from Indonesia

I am very happy because this is the first time I won a Forex contest. To win I only spent one to two hours a day.

My advice to all the traders is to keep trading and you will reach success It might take several months.

5th place: Leiguang Ji

It was a great pleasure to win the prize in this competition. I didn’t have any specific strategy, just traded as I liked. I cannot say it was a huge success for me, in the end, I only won 40 dollars.
