Terms and conditions
- The fixed ringgit rate option can be activated only before the first deposit is made in your account.
- The fixed ringgit rate option cannot be activated for an account that already has money deposited in USD.
- The fixed rated option can be changed before making your first deposit into your account. All subsequent deposits and withdrawals will be processed based on the terms of this offer.
- Only after the fixed rate is activated, the customer can make a deposit using their favourite method.
- All deposits made in the Malaysian ringgit are calculated based on the rate of 100 USD = 300 RM, and the amount is added to the customer's balance.
- The customer can withdraw his funds from the same transfer method which they usec for the deposit.
- Withdrawals of individual funds and profits are calculated and implemented using the same ringgit fixed rate: 100 USD = 300 RM.
- Any deposit bonus can be added to fixed rate accounts only after the rate is applied and credited to the USD account. Customers can use 10%, 30%, 50% deposit bonus.
- A client can perform internal transfers to or from accounts with the activated fixed rate. However, the transfers will be subject to a variable exchange rate.
- OctaFX reserves the right to change, update or cancel this promotion with notification in the Company news. Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Company's decision
